Has anyone ever used Flagyl to treat diarrhea but ended up with kitten getting normal stool with constipation resulting in swollen anal? And what did you do about it? I'm picking up three more of the pill tomorrow from the vet and will ask, but I want to know before hand from your experience with this.
He has diarrhea, and has been dewormed twice, he's 2 months, and has feline herpes and taking Enisyl and Metronidazole.
His diarrhea cleared up but he now has constipation, his anal is back...
Anybody known the simptons of colon cancer?
Recently, whenever i use the bathroom there would be blood on the feces but a few days i went to the bathroom and all i did was blood, today was the same thing. Help !!!!!

I take a med. that causes constipation and I can't just stop the medication. I have to put a glove on every day and help remove stool in small pieces. I know that's really gross but it's the only way I can go. I've tried enemas and they only work once in a while. How serious can this problem be? It's been going on for a year now. I just bought a young hamster about 4 days ago. I think something might be wrong with it. First of all, it has diarrhea. And then when I go pick it up, it runs away and hides in a corner of the cage behind something. It also falls on its side and just lays there. It's been pretty quiet and hides in its little hut all the time. Does anybody know what is wrong with it if anything? Thanks
one other thing is that its cage smells really bad...thats probably from its diarrhea though im thinking

I noticed that my hamster's rear is kinda wet. But she's all playful and stuff. She's eating properly and playing with her sister properly... How do I know whether it's wet-tail or if the hamster is just not being the cleanest hamster ever? Please help I don't want to lose Muffin now ;_; I love her so much and so does Marshmellow, her sister!!!!
