I have a 2 year old tabby who eats random objects. Yes, objects - specifically "string" like objects.
This started when he was younger. He tried to eat a long, thin piece of fleece that was his toy - about 24 inches in length. We're not sure if he tried to eat it and then threw it up in his litter box, or if he actually ate it and then pooped it out in his litter. But this was the beginning.
