Superficial Keratitis is fairly common and may develop at any age. The prognosis is good with treatment. If Keratitis is untreated, recurrent Keratitis may lead to blindness.

One of my cats has FHV and since her last URI, I've kept giving her 1,000mg a day because I was afraid she'd get sick again. Yesterday, she vomited the pill. I know it's the pill because it was white. I haven't given her any today and she is fine, she hasn't vomited again and she eats and plays normally.
